  12. The second beta version of my port of "The Macro Implementation of
  13. SNOBOL4 for Un*x", a port of the orginal SNOBOL4 language system to
  14. systems with C compilers is now available.  I have fixed many
  15. problems, improved performance and added man features since the beta1
  16. release in February.

  18. In the spirit of the SNOBOL and ICON projects, the source code is
  19. available without copyright restrictions.
